1. Project Overview
Walhallow Aboriginal Corporation Health Services (WACHS) invites suitably qualified and experienced local building contractors to submit a tender for upgrade and refurbishment works at the Coledale Community Centre, located at 2B Kenny Drive, Coledale NSW.
The project aims to improve the functionality, safety, and accessibility of the facility to better support health and wellbeing services for the local Aboriginal community.
2. Scope of Works
The upgrade works may include, but are not limited to:
- Interior and exterior building refurbishments
- Accessibility upgrades (ramps, pathways, doorways)
- Minor structural works
- Roof and flooring repairs
- Electrical and plumbing upgrades
- Painting and surface treatments
- Installation of fixtures and fittings
3. Eligibility Criteria
This RFT is open to licensed and insured building contractors operating in Tamworth and the Liverpool Plains region with demonstrated experience in:
- Community facility refurbishments
- Culturally appropriate service delivery
- Working with Aboriginal organisations and communities
4. Submission Requirements
Tenderers must submit the following:
- Scope of works (available on request)
- Company profile and relevant project experience
- Proposed project timeline
- Lump sum pricing and itemised cost breakdown
- Evidence of relevant licences and insurances
- References from previous clients
