Walhallow Aboriginal Corporation is community-controlled and guided by culture. This page brings together the two forms you need to take part in our governance.
Membership Form
You can apply to become a member or give your consent to be nominated as a director. Membership is for Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islander people who live in or around Walhallow Village at Caroona, Tamworth, Quirindi or Werris Creek and who agree to follow the Rule Book and Member Code of Conduct, as set out on page 2 of the Membership Form.
Directors Form
The Directors Form is for people who are being nominated to the Board and must be completed before any appointment, as explained on page 1. It asks for your consent, your contact details and a standing notice of any material personal interests. It also confirms key eligibility checks such as a Director Identification Number, a Working with Children Check and a National Police Certificate.
